When our furry friends are the ones that rule the home, designing a pet-friendly living room is crucial. For this coastal living room, we focused on bringing and highlighting the outdoors to recreate that by-the-ocean look and feel. Using existing furniture pieces, we included new accents to create an intimate seating setting that sparks conversations for family and guests. The layout still considers the outdoors, the fireplace, and the entertainment nook, without sacrificing seating space. The lovely, deep, and vibrant blue accents paired with soft neutrals bring the coastal styling and decor for this living room. Finally, the cat tree is seamlessly incorporated into the design without disrupting the look and feel thanks to its matching neutral colors and positioning.
