Wooden Bookcases: Mid-Century Modern Home Office

This mid-century modern home office comfortable and inviting and could be the perfect place to catch up on some work or lounge back and enjoy a good book. The overall space is comfortable and relaxing, so there's a neutral color palette throughout the room. The wood tones throughout the office are slightly richer to add that contrast in the room. A wood and metal desk with two open shelf bookcases makes a statement wall in the room and provides plenty of space to display favorite books, items, or pictures. Instead of an armchair, there's a chaise lounge that allows one to lay back fully and enjoy the view out of the windows. A pair of minimal art prints are framed in white over the chaise, and two white frames over the desk are a perfect place to add that familiar personal touch.
