Bold and Beautiful: Mid-century Modern Home Office

This home office is serene. The black sectional is a bold choice but a needed one for this design. The murky sectional ties the room together and matches well with the striped rug that grounds the space. The console table is placed in the corner to use it well for official storage purposes. Since this home office has crisp white walls, we woke them up by incorporating abstract art on one end, floating shelves on the other. We needed a pop of green to space – therefore, the plush cushions in earthy tones and the greenery accents help ornate the mid-century wooden console. Last but not least, instead of a lighter drape, we opted for a moody gray one to create a professional vibe to the atmosphere.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up. I have already bought the coffee table and plan on buying the rest too. This design is everything I was looking for.
