Slipcovered Dining Chairs: Classic Traditional Dining Room

In this elegant, Transitional Dining Room design, existing dining chairs are slipcovered in crisp white cotton providing a dramatic contrast to the espresso finish of the existing table. A new area rug in a traditional Oriental pattern with taupes, creams, and teals gives the room texture and color without being over powering. The china hutch has moved to the side wall, providing more space for the head chair as well as a new thin console table that showcases favorite objects and a white crackle finish porcelain lamp. The statement iron and ivory beaded chandelier is elegant and classic. The bar cabinet has tucked into a corner keeping it in use, but out of the way. Large gold mirrors line the inside of the peek a boo bar area, creating visual interest and bouncing light and compliment the large arch mirror that greets guests upon entry.
