Revision 1

Hi Joseph, Congratulations on your new home! I had so much fun designing this living/dining room space for you and I hope you love it! You'll notice that I styled around your existing furniture pieces that you purchased from us (Sauder Accent Chairs and 8 X 10 Rug). I've also included industrial shelving as a placeholder for the current shelving which I thought went really well. I wanted to include pieces that were from the Spacejoy inspiration image since you really liked that style. You'll notice that I found you furniture pieces that are good quality yet at the price point you were hoping for. I went with your industrial and mid-century style which was so easy to do since your new space already has a great brick backdrop and industrial building. I hope that this is exactly what you were hoping for and that your new home will feel comfortable, cool, great for hosting and also for relaxing. Check it out and let me know what you think. I'm here if you have any questions. Thanks - Best, Krystin
