This mid-century modern kids' bedroom displays fun and energetic vibes. The Wayfair bed is adorned with a set of textured blue dot pillows, a golden yellow velvet round pillow, and a light grey heathered jersey duvet from West Elm. Flanking the bed is a pair of streamlined navy nightstands with brass and lucite hardware bringing out a sense of playfulness to space. The green table lamps with a curving silhouette correctly shadow the vivid fern green lounge chair at the reading nook. Two mid-century pieces of furniture used for storage mirror each other on the opposite sides of the room – the tall dresser in a warm wood finish from West Elm and a set of stacking cubbies from Crate Kids for books toys. Finally, we had to add that extra pop of color to this space – hence the sunshine yellow pouf and the mustard drapes serve as the perfect background to all the colors in the room.
