Super happy with Article's customer service. We originally started with a different sectional from Article which was not the right fit for our lifestyle. Customer service reached out and was able to help us resolve the issue. In the end we went with the Timber sectional and we love it!

Amazing quality! Similar couches were $1000 + more. Packaging was great, and assembly was beyond easy. Now I just need an ottoman to go with...

Absolutely do not buy this couch. Six months in and the cushions were completely flat. We reached out to article to fix the problem and we were told we needed to “fluff” the cushions. We tried “fluffing” the cushions over and over. It hasn’t helped. Suffice to say we are extremely uncomfortable when we try to hang out on the couch. You can feel the wooden bars under the cushions. You absolutely can’t lay comfortably on this couch. Don’t waste your money....especially bc Article won’t be of any help either.

Couch is beautiful and worth the price.

I was thoroughly disappointed with this couch. I read so many reviews and decided to take the plunge and buy it for my first apartment. Well, not only is it uncomfortable but it loses so many feathers that I am constantly cleaning up. It’s even worse that I have a puppy who tries to eat them. So not only am I always sweeping up feathers, but I’m also constantly taking them out of my puppy’s mouth. When I sit on the couch, I feel feathers poking me and when I stand up, they’re all over my leggings. It’s super frustrating! I wish other reviews would’ve noted how many feathers come out of this couch.

Love the couch! The color and look exactly matched the aesthetics that I was going for. It is also pretty comfy. I often find myself falling asleep on the chaise portion. However, my biggest gripe is that it does pill quickly. I've only had the couch for about 3 months and it's already pilling a lot. I would expect a couch this price would be able to withstand normal, every day use but it seems the fabric use some work. Also, feathers do come out sometimes, but I expect that. I just hope this couch can last for a long time (aside from the pilling) since it is pretty expensive.

Beautiful sofa, poor quality. I've had this for sectional for just over 4 months now and the amount of pilling in the fabric is insane. Most comparable sofas at this price point offer fabrics that have been tested to at least 10k double rubs. If I would guess I've probably sat on the sofa 100 times before this started, which is absolutely unacceptable. Again, this is a beautiful sofa, and very comfortable, but for $2000, if it can't hold up and maintain it's appearance, what am I buying. I could have replaced this 4 times with a comparable quality sofa at a box store for the price. Either lower the price or buy better materials!!!

**UPDATE 1 year later: We are still very happy with this couch! My ONLY very slight annoyance is that the fabric does pill some, but overall the couch still looks great and it's super comfortable. We also let our dog run and jump all over it with her sometimes long nails, which probably doesn't help with the pilling. But overall, I would say we would give this couch an 8.5/10 one year later. We hummed and hawed over so many couches both online and in stores before finally taking the plunge and ordering the timber sectional. The ordering and delivery process with Article was seamless and professional, and the sectional arrived exactly on time and in pristine condition. We have only had the sofa for a week so far, but we love it! All of the blog reviews I read stated that the timber was the most comfortable, and we agree that it's very comfortable, and it's nice that my husband and I (and the dog) can all stretch out and lay down on it at the same time. I am hoping it stands the test of time, so I'll be back to review it in a year or so for an update. Thanks Article!

Gorgeous! Very deep seats, which is good for my tall husband and his giant friends. Fabric takes a little time to soften up. Definitely need to keep the cushions fluffed regularly, which was part of the instructions from Article — they can get a bit deflated.

Great quality, beautiful oak wood - perfect for our space

Seat cushions are as deep as I wanted them to be. I can comfortably sit back and am as cozy as I want to be to game or watch my movies and shows.
