I have had this bed since August of 2020 and so far I have absolutely no issues. The bed is sturdy, and the quality is amazing. Assembly took about 1.5 hours since I was putting it together myself. ***Update*** Left side panel wood broke after only 1 year. I had previously purchased the insurance plan, but what they don’t tell you is that if you purchase your bed while it is on any sale, they will not replace your Bed if it is more than your purchase price. Instead, they Send you what they consider “comparable” to what you had. The options are always basic and cheap. The only work around for this Is if you find another bed that you like that is cheaper than what your original purchase price was for the original. Customer Service is slow to respond. We went through about four different replacement options, Because by the time they responded many of my choices were sold out. I got stuck with the bed that I don’t like, cheaper than what I original paid, lower quality and so low it feels like a toddler bed.

I loved it initially. But then within 3 months the slats were coming off and the screws were stripped. Now about 5 months later the whole support system has caved in. The frame bent, slats no longer stay in. What a waste of 620 for a bed that doesn’t even last 6 months. Very disappointed! Then my friend tried to add support with some concrete blocks… nothing works to keep this bed from breaking. Spare your money! Side note I had this bed professionally built and repaired. And I am only 125 lbs and sleep alone or with my 8lb chihuahua.

Stunning bed. Color is as shown a true cream. Easy to assemble. Love it!

It's a nice looking piece and might be good for a smaller person, but as a 300 pound man it fell apart within 6 months of owning it. It started by needing pieces replaced as they were cracked, but Wayfair was quick and easy for that. Now it's entirely broken. Do not buy this if you are a heavier person, even though the description says it has a large capacity.

Really happy with this purchase. It was easy to build by myself and I was very impressed with the amount of support it gave to my mattress that my old bedframe was severely lacking. Really cool how it comes with both gold and silver feet options. The quality of this bedframe is evident! Just note that this is a verrrry light pink color. Almost like a white pink versus a more saturated pink hue. I would definitely recommend this bed and was really happy with the deliverycustomer service I had with this order

Love it! The bed is gorgeous. The assembly takes awhile due to the amount of slats provided, but it’s quite easy. Be sure to dump the entire box to ensure you don’t forget the legs like I did. We’d already put the box out for the trash and realized they were stuck inside. (I retrieved them in the nick of time.) The directions say you need two people but I assembled the whole bed alone. You’ll need to prop the side boards up to line the screwsholes but it can be done. Overall, I love the bed and would definitely purchase it again.

Beautiful bed! Exactly as pictured. Cream color is a true ivory. Velvet is quality and very soft. Bed is sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble. This was an excellent purchase. I am very satisfied!!!

I’ve had this bed since November and it is a great quality bed!! I definitely recommend. Added just the right touch to our bedroom set. It wasn’t very hard to put together, it took me and my boyfriend about an hour max.
