I don’t believe the rug I photographed is the same as the one in your picture. I called and you sent a replacement rug and you sent the same wrong rug again. I would like to be advised how to handle the return. Thanks.

This rug is beautiful and easy to maintain even though it’s a lighter color.

The pattern is much darker than I expected so the contrast is more pronounced than I’d have liked, but it feels great on my feet!

This rug is totally misrepresented online, you’ll see similar reviews from other customers. You can see the charcoal design is super thick compared to the photos shown in the listing, if you like that look go for it because the rest of the rug is fine. Not really fair to have to spend $17 to return a rug that’s totally misrepresented, customer service failed in that regard.

I love, love this rug. It's do welcoming at the front door. It screams home. Beautiful carpet to take your shoes off at the door and put them on. I know some reviews stated, " the design looks cheap." I have to disagree. It draws the eyes up for some reason and makes the space look large. Very soft doesn't look cheap at all. I am happy with my purchase. I couldn't wait for it to arrive.
