This fireplace is wonderful and adds such a cozy aesthetic to my office space. I ordered the Chico Oak color, and as others have mentioned, it is darker than the photos illustrate on the site (I knew that from reading reviews), but I’m okay with that and actually prefer it as such. The box mine arrived in was pretty marred, but the item itself was undamaged and went together fairly easily. Extra bonus was that I caught this on sale, but even at normal price, I’d say that the value for the money is worth it. IMO, the Terrence Electric Fireplace looks better than most of the other options available on Wayfair, and the mantle provides a lot of room for you to decorate as you please. I chose to use the logs instead of the crystals (which I repurposed for another project), and I love that you can run it with or without heat. It sits across from my desk, keeps the area warm, and I couldn’t be more pleased! If you’re on the fences about this one, I’d say go for it - you won’t regret it.

I know the first picture looks great but the second picture is how the bottom of the fireplace arrived. Very disappointed in the poor quality of this product. The crack in the bottom piece causes the fireplace to be off level. We had to put pieces of cardboard under the back right side to make it level. Buyer beware you may get a broken piece.

This was the first house that we have owned that didn’t have a fireplace so I had to fix that! Bought the gray, which looks more cream to me. The flame graphics are very nice. I saw some reviews that they were a little faint and I agree, but not enough to rate it lower. I love the option to have just the flame on with one switch and another switch if I want heat. There is a gentle fan sound when the heat is on but it is not annoying. I did not use the crystals because they looked weird. I like the look without them. Great alternative to a gas fireplace.

I couldn’t be any happier with the new look in the apartment. The flames which makes it look realistic with the firewood. Installation was super simple. I will only give 4 stars because the flames wasn’t bright enough and so I put the crystals for decoration just until I get a brighter fireplace light.

I ordered the “gray” after reading reviews and it matches my beige grout perfectly.

Ordered the “gray” option and it’s more of a whitewash. Not sure if it was a mistake, but I don’t think any of the color options look like what I received! Still love it regardless!

Perfect little addition to our home. Looks great and really brings the room together. Easy to assemble. Was shorted one screw and instructions (but was able to easily find those online)

I wanted to give this 5 stars but despite it being nice the fan for the heater is as loud as a cheap space heater. And the fire could be brighter. I find it pretty dim. The colour of the wood was way lighter than depicted too. However, we do love it enough to keep it. Also the crystal and log assembly instructions were laughable. It took forever for us to figure out which way they went in.

Fabulous! We were able to use low bookcases on each side of the Terrence Electric Fireplace and it fit like a dream. We measured a lot of fireplace units to find one that looked like a built in. I believe we succeeded, we couldn’t be happier. So cozy while reading a book, also a nice atmosphere while homeschooling my children. “The new family favorite space to unplug from electronics!” Thank you Wayfair

Looks great. We just finished putting it together. A picture and some decor on top will complete the piece. The color was better than expected for my decor. I was torn between this and the grey color. This color is not as white as it appears in picture has a very light grey feel to it, could be my grey decor brining out. Would recommend.

Love it and so easy to put together

Just perfect! It did arrive with a broken bottom corner which was fixed with super glue. And two screws had no heads to screw in but I used pliers. It’s charming to look at and really warms the room.

Easy to assemble and absolutely love the look. Looks great against my blue wall.

Love this fireplace, looks great in person

Great fireplace for the cost. Love the look - fit in my room perfectly. Color is a light grey wood grain with white in the shiplap seems. Not as light as it appears in photos, but worked for me. Easy to put together and I was able to do it by myself with only a screwdriver in just over an hour. Wish it had more heat and color settings, but overall very happy with it. Love that you can run just the fire without the heat for the ambiance. Fire is a little fake looking, but passable. Very quiet with just the fire on, and pretty quiet with the fan.

Its absolutely perfect. I put it together all by myself in 1 hour 12. I made a mistake on the first piece of assembly and lost about 10-15 minutes correcting my mistake. The fireplace looks perfect in my small basement that Im redoing. It really makes the space look stylish and well put together. I absolutely love it. The package was packed very well. There was one spot that got dinged but its in the back and no one will know. The people who delivered were not good though. They left the box outside in the driveway and blocked my car. I had to push and lift it into the garage where it could barely fit because my garage is small especially with the car inside. I had to open the box and take out the pieces so that I could eventually lift the box up the stairs and into my home. Where if they would have left it at the front door, i could have simply slid the box inside. Thev whole ordeal took at least 30 minutes. Thankfully the final product assembly made me very happy. This fireplace is worth the investment. Enjoy!

This fire place looks amazing!!!! Not has heavydurable as I would have liked, but it is beautiful! Definitely worth it for the price!
