These are then bonded with a flocked rayon backing which makes them impervious to light penetration, repel summers heat, defends against winter's cold and effectively dampens sound from outside sources. These panels are finished with eight brushed silver finished grommets each measuring 1.5 inches inside diameter and can accept up to a 1.25-inch decorative curtain rod to complete the look.
