The design of this rug originates from Antique Turkish Oushak rugs which are extremely rare and expensive. The Afghan weavers have been able to re-create these beautiful rugs which resemble similarities to the originals, with high quality hand-spun wool and pure vegetable dyes. Features Woven in shades of red, beige, gold, brown, green and ivory 180KPSI (Knots per Square Inch) The wool used to create this rug was obtained from sheep local to village weavers. Due to the difference of monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors as accurately as possible. Due to the Handmade weaving technique used to make this item, the final dimensions of the rug may slightly vary.
