I have to retract my previous review of this. I purchased a warranty with this and after less than a year, some of the springs broke. When I called the warranty, they put me through the ringer and refused to honor the warranty. I bounced back and forth between Wayfair and the 3rd party warranty company. I submitted pictures and documents to the 3rd party warranty company but since apparently Wayfair and this 3rd party company are parting ways, they refused to honor my warranty AND Wayfair has no interest in helping me. I'm very disappointed in Wayfair.

We really like this piece. The way I would describe it is that it serves its purpose. The quality is middle of the road, not great but not junk. It is the perfect size for the corner that we needed additional seating for. It is firm but not hard and I think it will stand up to the high traffic of our family room. I agree with some of the other reviewers when they said that it was a bit difficult to assemble. It does take two people but it wasn’t the end of the world. It took about 45mins and it was very straightforward. Overall I would recommend this product.

The alignment for the screws and holes that allows the chaise to go together is not aligned properly! Was not able to assemble. Waited 3 weeks just to have to send back! Total waste of time and money. I will be returning this lounge!

The couch is garbage. It’s literally stapled together and there was no attempt to hide them. When you pay this much for a couch it should at least look decent.

I loved my chaise! My mom did too so she owns it now.

Love this piece had this empty corner and this fits perfectly! Typically now a fit to who gets to lay on it in the living room!

This took two handy men three hours to put together. The holes are not properly aligned and the screws get improperly threaded. What a nightmare but it looks nice enough I guess.

We got this chaise specifically for our dogs so they had a cozy place to lounge and look out the window waiting for us to get home from work. It works perfectly, and the storage underneath holds all their toys!

I chose this in slate grey to replace my over-the-hill loveseat! Despite a rocky delivery issue, I put it together myself in an hour &a half.TRUE--step two was tricky But it's brilliant!The seat lifts up for added storage-who would frown at that. It can act as a make shift sleeper if need be, or just a jazzed spot for a cozy read.The only draw back-i have to fight my cat Merry for a prime spot(I think she thinks I bought it for her!Buy it, you won't be disappointed!It's brilliantly jazzed!

I was so excited about this piece until I received it. The holes didn't line up so it's impossible to put all the screws in it. It's also way smaller than I expected. Overall it serves it's purpose, I guess.

The holes don’t line up. And this is not a small-scale issue where you can kind of force one or two of the screws in. I want a refund and I don’t even know how I’m going to get it out the door to return it. It came in a single 92lbs box that is approximately the same size as the chaise would be if it were fully assembled. I paid almost 500 to struggle with this thing for 4 hours with no success.
