Great bed, fantastic delivery service and great quality. My ONLY complaint would be that most mattresses have a curve wNt the slats are visible at the corner. Doesn’t make a difference when the bed is dressed though

Arrived on time. Love the look and style of the bed! You can tell it’s a quality bed. There is a bit of a gap between your mattress and the frame but like others have said, it’s for your comfort/sheets. Setting up the bed was easy. Overall great purchase but there’s this weird smell and I thought it would go away after 2 months but it’s still there and I can’t stand it.

The bed is sturdy and fits our needs. Unfortunately, after 6 months in our bedroom the fabric is still off gassing to the extent that my husband either sleeps backwards on it or refuses to sleep on it because of the smell. I’ve contacted Article customer service multiple times about a possible replacement for a different item and after weeks of silence, hilariously, they’ve been asking for photos documenting the problem. I may be behind the times, but I haven’t yet figured out how to capture a smell through a photograph. I like Article and didn’t want to post a negative review, but I’m not sure how else to move forward.

my only bit of feedback is the amount of garbage that came from the packaging. Was about 4 large bags of garbage which was a bit frustrating

I'm extremely satisfied with my Tessu King bed and Article's customer service. When I was contacted to schedule the delivery, it was 2 weeks later than expected. I reached out to their customer service team and they worked with the 3rd party delivery partner to make sure the order arrived on time. The bed was easy to setup. We love the color and the short headboard. There is a small glue stain on the headboard and it will not go away. The customer service team responded to my inquiry right away and provided a lot of great options to compensate for this. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

I love the aesthetic and quality seems to be very good for the value. Furniture prices seem to be going up and similar bed frames are much more or even less but with worse build quality. Probably still a bit overpriced but I’m very happy with my purchase.
