Absolutely HORRIBLE couch. NOT worth the $400. The box came damaged, the couch came ripped, with HORRIBLE assembly directions (had to unbuild the couch, do it my way, and rebuild it after 5 hours), damaged parts, screws do not fit in designed holes because this was improperly made. I reached out to customer service and they never responded. HORRIBLE PURCHASE!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

The installation is super difficult, some screws I received just won’t fit in. The cushion on one side is already starting to look and feel wonky. Wish I had chosen a different couch

What a great fit for my small space! A little firmer than what I expected, but still a nicely put together small sofa. For the comfort of guests, I’ll use a mattress topper when it’s used as a futon. Extremely pleased with the quality and value!

Great couch, very comfortable, but arrived with a tear in the fabric at the front of the cushion.

Got mustard yellow. Very good quality and color looks vibrant. I am 5'8" and can sleep comfortably. Assembly took an hour because I missed an instruction. Its quick otherwise. Cushions are not too soft or hard. I live in the city so area is smaller. This fits in perfectly.

Totally worth the price ! I love the color ! It was exactly what I was looking for. It is a little stiff /firm but I will not be using it a lot. My brother said it was good for a nights sleep but not a week. Perfect for my 1 bedroom apartment! Assembly took an hour and a half.

I like it! For the money, its nice. Thankfully, it wasn’t not damaged during shipment and was not missing any pieces. It was very easy to assemble. (Although I did use my own tools which made it much easier than using the tools they send with it.) It’s not that comfortable at all but I was looking for a cheap couch so “you get what you pay for.”

It's hard for me to give this more than 3 stars, since there's a pretty noticeable rip in the upholstery that I actually didn't see until after assembling the futon. I'm going to keep the futon, because I bought it to serve as a very occasional sleeping space in my guest bedroom / office. And it can still serve this purpose and look good in the space, despite the damage. But I am expecting the damage to only get worse - and it proves how thin (and somewhat fragile) the fabric is. Besides the rip, the delivery process also destroyed multiple packets of desiccation pellets that were stored in the cushions, leaving dozens of tiny pellets stuck inside the back cushions that are almost impossible to fish out. The assembly was fairly straightforward except for a few pieces that will drive you crazy. But I did it by myself without any issues. The mechanism to convert from sofa to bed is also super easy to use. Overall, I like the look, and I think it will be a fine place for guests to sleep. Perhaps I would have given it 5 stars if it came in perfect condition. But now my guests have a rip and noisy pellets to deal with when they stay over.

Im in love with my sofa sleeper! Beautiful, comfortable and easy to assemble. It said 30 minutes but it took an hour. I love the materials and is the perfect overnight guest sleeper sofa!.

Great couch for a smaller apartment setting. It took me about two hours to put together- but that’s because I’m terrible at putting things together! It could be a lot faster for others. Not the most comfy to sleep on but better option than most. I’m totally satisfied with it!

This is nice looking, simple and sturdy once you get it together. Ours came with the wrong hardware pack and we had to go to several stores to find replacement specialty bolts to actually put it together. Frustrating.

Very comfortable especially for someone short (5.4) It’s on a 3 season porch so we get some extra sleeping spots

As other reviewers have noted, the holes are not drilled for the center legs. If you want to properly support the couch, you will need to drill four pilot holes through the metal, and supply your own screws and washers to attach the legs. On the plus side, it's probably stronger than if it was assembled as planned - but this is only a project to take on if you have the necessary equipment/ability. The couch itself is a bit firm and bouncy for my taste - but it's a cheap couch so I was expecting that. Color and fabric is nice.

Assembly was slow but easy and instructions were good. One hole was drilled in the wrong place and I had to skip that screw. The fold down back panels don't match in their upright position, that is to say, one is slightly leaning backward more than the other one. See picture. Please advise how to fix this.
