It is very thin and buckles under the table, it looks and feels like an indoor\outdoor carpet..I’m not happy! I’ve bought several rugs from Crate & Barrel and liked them but this one is not of good quality!

In theory it is the perfect rug, nice weave, perfect color, exactly what I was looking for to put under my dining room table and chairs. I have had this rug for over two months and it still refuses to lay flat. The rug arrived rolled up and the inner part of the roll, which was obviously rolled tighter, has never recovered from that tight roll. I have tried to flatten it by using heavy objects from the center of the rug to the corners all to no avail. Not even the weight of my heavy wood table and six chairs are able to flatten the rug and keep it laying smoothly against the floor. The inability of the rug to lay flat ruins the whole appearance of what otherwise would be a very nice rug.

I bought this for the entry from the garage into the hallway. It looks great but is rough on your bare feet or with socks on. But it does work for removing dirt from shoes which works for me.

I’ve had the rug in my entry for a few months now. The rug was completely flat initially but despite following the care instructions, the rug has started to bubble in different areas. I like the style and durability of the rug but the bubbles really bother me.

I've looked at a lot of sisal rugs, and this one seems to offer the best texture, color and quality of any that are comparably priced. The linen color goes perfectly with my living room decor, and the close weave is very attractive. Best of all, I was able to remove pet stains with relative ease, using a non-bleach stain removal product -- the mix of colors in the rug helps hide any residual stain. I love this rug!

I bought sisal rug in linen 6x9 for my living room. The ripples in this rug will not settle. We have rotated, vacuumed, rearranged furniture to help the rug lie flat with no luck. I have now moved it to my dining room in hopes it will finally lie flat and we are having the same issue.

I purchased the 5x8 sisal rug in grey over a month ago. As others have mentioned it hasn't quite flattened yet. I did use a rug pad & have vaccumed it (with an appropriate vacuum) many times. The bumps are not large, so I can live with it and hope eventually they will flatten. Also after a week I learned it was not returnable. When I purchased the 5x8, I also ordered the 8x10. It was on backorder for several weeks. I finally drove all the way to a Crate & Barrel warehouse (an hour) to pick it up, bring it home, and lay on the floor, again with a rug pad. A week later (again now not returnable), it has bumpy waves like the ocean... Not good. I have owned sisal rugs before and none have had this problem.

This rug is exactly what I was looking for, neutral and can take traffic.

Exactly the color and quality I had been seeking at a reasonable price!
