Love this couch, always get lots of compliments, great quality, we honestly don’t use it, it’s kind of the unused room. The only thing I wish it had was an additional pair of legs for extra support, not sure how it would hold up if a heavier person sat in the middle

Wish I could have rated this higher... Excited to have received this piece after seeing all of the customer pictures and reading through the reviews. Sharp lines, nice fabric, but the quality is inconsistent. Just put together my couch after 6 weeks now that renovations are nearing the home stretch, and the actual couch vs. the chaise lounge are significantly different in terms of firmness. The couch is nice and firm whereas the chaise lounge feels like there is no padding or cushioning when you sit on it. You are practically sitting on the frame with how much give there is. Not acceptable for a $1000+ sofa!

Ordered this couch in mid October, and before this couch had been delivered the price had dropped by $600. When I called customer service to ask if there was any policy to make an adjustment they said they wouldn't do anything for me. I tried offering to meet in the middle or do some store credit. Nope. "We don't ask you for more money if the price goes up after you buy it, so we don't offer any adjustments if the price go does down" Ok fine, I think that's bad customer service, but the logic is passable. But in this situation I don't even have the couch yet! Apparently, my only option per the customer service line was to take the delivery of the couch, leave it in the original boxes/packaging, pay the $100 return shipping service THEN REORDER THE SAME EXACT COUCH THATS SITTING IN MY FAMILY ROOM. It baffles me that Wayfair would prefer to have 200lbs of couch shipped back to them and then reship the exact same couch, instead of reaching some type of reasonable solution with their customers. Apologies for anyone looking for a review on the couch. It's still in the box.

Love it!!! It’s soft fabric and easy to clean. The color it’s just like in picture and even better in person. You don’t have to worry sinking in and never getting up

This is the best Boucle sofa out there for the price right now! plus got it on sale. This sofa color was ivory/cream- is light but worth it if you don't have kids to worry about to spoil it. I assembled it solo (totally doable).

Although we just received it a few days ago, I love this couch! The color is beautiful and just as pictured on the Wayfair site. Unpacking and attaching the legs was very simple. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery people were polite, professional and masked. The seating is firm, but not hard, just as I like it. Were very pleased and looking forward to our next delivery!

Not the best quality or most comfortable sofa I’ve ever owned, but it’s perfect for what our family needs. Very spacious, looks great, comfy, feels kinda indestructible which is great with a dog and toddler. My friend who is an interior decorator recommended it, I still did a month of research and came back to this couch. So happy I bought it!

Great couch. I was nervous ordering a couch online, but the reviews were good and it fit the style I was looking for so I figured I’d take a shot. Couch came well packaged and was delivered inside my home. Which made unpacking and putting it together easy. Cushions are firm, but comfy. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a mid century couch.

I originally had my review at 5 stars but one month later I have to change it to 4 stars. I sit on this couch frequently and have started to notice piling, which is super disappointing. The couch looks great from afar, but after closer inspection, you start to notice the piling.

The couch is beautiful. The color is perfect. The screws for the legs were hard to screw in, I recommend a drill.

This couch is absolutely beautiful. I will say that it is definitely not a super cozy couch, it is a bit firm and the seat area is a little short if you usually prefer a large/deeper seat. Reviews are correct, fabric does tend to pill, but it still looks beautiful. Definitely a stylish couch.
