This is a very sturdy desk and the walnut color is is warm and perfect right out of the box. However, after about a year and a half of owning this desk, it has worn considerably and scratches to the surface and front of the drawers have taken away from the quality of the desk. I use the desk daily but with a laptop, i feel like the finish should be a bit tougher than it is for the price.

This desk was easy to put together. I couldn’t figure out how to get the drawers out which made the top heavy to carry up the stairs but I was able to do it. The wood on all parts of the desk is high quality and rich looking.

Not built to last every day work from home use. I purchased this desk October 2020 as a big fan of CB2. Since then it has increasingly become unstable (swaying left to right with the slightest movements) and it easily scuffs with chips of the finish coming off completely. Note : this is light daily use at most for work and study : laptop and coffee mug (with coaster). We're not using it for anything intense like a hobby/craft desk etc. Disappointed, unsustainable for our needs, and already looking for a replacement.

Bought this for my son's bedroom. As others have mentioned, the acacia wood is not true to the photos. It is much more of a walnut/medium brown tone, but it still worked for what I needed it to. Excellent price point and I really versatile piece. One star off for color tone, but great otherwise.

Have had this for almost a year. Great as a desk in your bedroom or small office. Stylish and well made. Don’t expect it to be something it’s not! Think it would make for a great console table.

Easy assembly, quick delivery and nice quality all around for this desk. The drawers are sturdy and deep enough for me to hide all my notebooks and desk clutter. The clearance with the drawers is lower than other desks so make sure to measure your chair and desk height to have the right fit.

Looks nice. Not sure why so many desks in this category are this short but it’s true to the dims on the site. Drawers are even and quiet. Got what we paid for; would recommend.

The desk looks beautiful and is well built/easy to put together. But I've had it less than a month and it's already very scratched and chipped with very normal use. If you plan on using this daily it may be too fragile.

Well, this desk is lovely and sleek, however, it is sooooo low to ground there is no way to sit in it comfortably for a long period of time. I am short, only 5'3" and I cannot even cross my legs when i use this desk. Doesn't matter how low i set my adjustable chair, it is too low. My legs hit the underside of the drawers. If a petite person is having these issues, I cannot imagine a tall person or a man being able to use this desk at all. I will likely need to sell it as it is not comfortable and I need it for my WFH setup. Really disappointing :(

Good looking, high quality desk. Desk arrived assembled which was unexpected based on other reviews and the item description. I agree with some of the other reviews that the color is slightly cooler/darker. With our lighting, the color looked more like the desk in the staged home office picture rather than the pictures with a white background. We found the clearance height very limiting for chair options as we wanted a chair with arms that would slide underneath, so we decided to return and went with a different CB2 desk and CB2 chair. Received excellent customer service as always with the purchase, return, and purchase of the new items.

I was looking for a simple table with 2 drawers for storage. The color and simplicity of this table works perfect for my space. The only thing I would say it lacks is a cable in the middle of the drawers for good management to help hide the ugly computer cables. This is a very common feature these days and it would have gotten 5 stars if this table has it.

I have purchased many pieces of furniture and decor and have loved them and felt that the value was excellent. Customer service is outstanding. However, this desk was not up to standard and has marks around the edges. I filled it in with a furniture crayon so this helped, but just disappointed in the quality for the price
