The rug arrived well packaged but damp, smelling of mold and with slight discoloration throughout. Article immediately shipped out a new one at no cost, which was perfect. A bit lighter color than the photos. Quality was good and we use it over a rug pad on our hardwood floors.

Much lighter gray than the photos imply. I went back and looked at the photo on multiple screens and still shocked how light the actual rug is.

I buy Article on the daily for clients. I purchased this rug for myself. I loved it when I unpackaged it, but 2 weeks in and I couldn't wait to replace it. I reached out to Article - no response. Maybe this is a one-off problem because everything else purchased from here I am happy with. It would have been nice to have received a response - especially with as much as I purchase there.

Really like the simple design but if you have kids or animals or even lots of foot traffic- I suggest to not purchase.
