We really love this bed frame. It’s sleek & beautiful, with a minimal footprint so there’s more space in the room around the bed. I was able to build it all on my own & it took about 2 hours (we were still moving in & I had to walk around other boxes). I built it directly around our Tempur-Pedic adjustable base; it’s a perfect fit. Plus, it’s a great height; it’s just high enough to have room for storing extra linens & such, but low enough profile that you can’t easily see the stored items. I appreciate that it is solid wood & wood veneer as it makes it feel sturdy. Highly recommended.

I like the look of the bed and it is very solid, but one corner of the headboard was damaged upon arrival. The corner appears smushed and gibbled. I contacted Article and they promptly offered to replace the piece at no charge without any hassle.

Just received so ratings based on that. Assembly was simple and instructions were pretty good. Customer service was great with multiple follow up re delivery status and drivers called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Delete personnel were very friendly. Highly recommend this company. Bed finish is very nice

Thrilled with the purchase. Easy for the husband and I to put together in about and hour. Very sturdy no creaking at all. The finish is beautiful. Our house is a two story. The bed came in multiple small boxes. Easy to get up the stairs. You will need a partner to lift the headboard box, it’s heavy.

This was a good value in a sense, but the workmanship doesn't make me think this will last as long as I would like. Seems like i'll get maybe two years out of this as the pieces are starting to chip a bit already. Disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve loved everything that I’ve purchased from Article except this bed frame. It was delivered and built by the article team but it is the absolute noisiest bed frame! Just rolling over in bed cause a terrible creaking sound. It is so audible that my next door neighbors have complained. Do not recommend!

So I love this bed frame, but I’m unable to actually see the headboard because it’s too low. I measured my mattress and compared with the dimensions listed after reading similar reviews, and I can’t see hardly any of it with pillows. It’s so disappointing. It’s gorgeous and quality is great. Wish I could actually show off the design. I only have a mattress and do not use a box spring. Cautionif your mattress is deep.

We absolutely love this bed. The instructions to put it together were very clear and well-marked which made it very easy to assemble. It is great quality for the price point and we couldn't be happier.

The bed is beautiful and sturdy. The instructions said it would take 1 plus hours to assemble. It took my husband and me (not spring chickens and moderately mechanical) about 3 1/2 hours—not counting breaking down the packaging for trash and recycle. Overall the instructions were very good. Still, in spite of the warning in the instructions to make sure the corner brackets were in the proper orientation, we managed to put them on wrong and had to re-do them. In the last step when we were putting in the slats, it really took some serious force to get them in. (I think the instructions should mention that.) I was afraid they would break, but they did not.

A little pricey for me, but worth it. The Nera bed is comfortable and stylish, and seems very well made. Took 1 hour to assemble and was not overly-difficult, even for me. I would definitely consider being a repeat customer and would recommend Article products to a friend.

We ordered in June. The Nera bed came with missing parts, we had to wait a month for the replacement part, turns out the wrong replacement part was sent. It is now mid-September and we still don't have the correct parts to assemble the bed. Lack of communication in between shipment has been frustrating. Terrible customer service throughout the whole experience.
