One of the drawers is not flush with the others and has trouble opening and closing. It is slightly lower and leans on the drawer below it. I ordered the product with assembly and it was built well but I think the single drawer is defective. Please help if you can. Thank you

This is described very accurately! What you see is what you get. A Beautiful, heavy, classic piece of furniture that will be a lifetime piece. The only bummer is that is comes in so much packaging. Great for protection but please break down what you can for recycling.

I can not say enough good things about this dresser, especially for the price. It’s beautiful, and well made. I especially love the slow and quiet close to the drawers. It is sturdy, the drawers can hold so much without feeling like you are straining the drawer like other dressers have felt. I can imagine that this dresser will be lasting a very long time.
