Great looking computer armoire. Minor flaws but love that I didn’t have to assemble this piece myself! Since I’m working from home now, and don’t have a dedicated office in my home, it’s a great looking piece for my living room and be able to hide all my work at the end of the day. I was able to find a drawer assembly to fit perfectly in the area where a computer tower would normally reside. I got the Summer Sage color.

This was one of my worst purchase experiences EVER. Order took over 5 weeks from when I paid for it. The item arrived banged up and damaged in multiple places. Looks cheap and flimsy and I paid roughly 1000 for what looks like an item found on the side of the street.

The unit arrived very poorly put together and had damage in numerous areas. The back panel is only stapled on, so it arrived falling off. I am normally very happy with my purchases on this site, but this is very disappointing.

With a tiny bit of customization and a little creativity, this desk is perfect. As you can see, I took a chance and went with the persimmon red! No one else had ordered it, so I was really taking a chance. I absolutely love the color. The varnish smell dissipated after about an hour. (But I like that smell...lol) Functionally, I'll list the pros and cons: Pros: It holds a lot of stuff. Above the keyboard tray is extra desk space that rolls out. I love that. Ergonomically, the keyboard tray is at the perfect height so your shoulders don't hurt. It is heavy and sturdy. The vertical bead board detail gives it that farmhouse look. Cons: Although at the right height, the keyboard tray has a really big lip on the end, which ends up hurting your forearms. (See pic). I'm sure there is a solution like a wrist cushion, but then you also need to prop up the mouse if you use one, because then your wrist is on a downward angle which could hurt after a whole day of work. Some sloppy (but very subtle) drips of paint here and there. I had to get creative to stop the extra desk space from rolling out every time I open the doors. The picture show that I had to stick a pencil into a paper clamp. A bit crude, but it works! I live in a 100 year old house with crooked floors, so I guess the tilt makes it roll out. It could use more shelves in the bottom section. You can fit like, one wire through the grommet. If you have a lot of wires, just take the grommet out.

Our first desk was damaged even worse than these photos. I was happy because wayfair sent me a new one... The second desk came damaged too. Doesn’t even look like anyone inspects these. The hinges don’t even line up correctly and the back is falling off. Smells strong of paint. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This works for us but is definitely not high quality. I had to readjust door catches and the doors themselves do not line up well. The finish had some small marks and the delivery people actually delivered into my foyer upside down (the box is not marked well at all and it is not packaged well). There was also a very strong paint smell that took a few weeks to subside. This is a unique piece and I could not find anything comparable and therefore had no choice but it is really typical imported low quality furniture.

DO NOT BUY IT!!! I don’t care that you might see that some of the reviews are good. I reviewed them too and took a chance. I had issues with delivery. I tried to resolve them with 3 different phone calls prior to the actual delivery. Two of those calls telling me something that did not end up happening. Then the product arrived. When they say they have to buildassemble.....well, it’s very bad assembly. The top of the doors barely go together while there is a gap at the bottom. There is a closure missing and the one that is there is installed incorrectly. The side of the piece is busted. I purchased the black color so I had to take a magic maker to attempt to hide the glaring crack. And it wasn’t damaged in transport as it was boxed very well. I had no choice to keep the product because we got rid of the old one and we had company arriving. This product is extremely overpriced even if it had come in good condition. I don’t think there is any way I would ever shop with Wayfair again. Aside from having to wait so long for the product, Wayfair isn’t concerned about good customer service or making the customer happy.

I bought the dark espresso colored armoire. It comes fully assembled which was a big plus for me. It took months to get but I know Covid plays a part. I’m not upset about that, I understand it. I really love this piece... except... 1) the chemicalvarnish off gassing smell is extremely overwhelming for many days after unboxing. I had to open windows which sucks because it’s basically winter here now. 2) as others have said, the topbigger doors are put together very poorly and they don’t close properly. I read in those reviews that some have had success adjusting the hinges but I’m not very handy and am afraid to attempt that and somehow make it worse. The doors close, but not evenly or correctly. I wish it had been made with more care.

Absolutely beautiful. Well made. Huge pull out desk area. Love it. Highly recommend. Plus, totally assembled. Did have to screw down the back board.

the furniture was broken. The back piece had fallen off. We had to straighten out the furniture, remove all the staple from the back, and reattach the back using our brads. Plus it smelled so badly, it triggered my asthma, and I almost wound up in the hospital.

Not happy with my purchase. There was orange stain on one of the doors. The stained panels on the top two doors didn’t match. There were a couple of nicks in the wood in the keyboard tray. Would not recommend to buy this.

This item is not worth buying. When it arrived, it had a strong paint odor, the back panel was held on by only three of the 36 staples used, the paint was chipped in many places, the hinges were set wrong so the doors wouldn’t close, the door knob screw holes were drilled at an angle so the knobs fell off because they couldn’t grip enough threads on the screw and some of the wood was split where the staples had been positioned wrong when they tried to attach the back panel. This is the most poorly constructed piece of furniture I have ever seen. It shouldn’t receive any stars!!!

Arrived assembled and made of wood. Totally meets my needs.

This is an awesome piece... it works perfectly as an "all in one" office.

What a great piece of furniture. It came in perfect condition. Has a lot of storage space. Am very happy with this purchase.

I wish I had heeded the other bad reviews. The problem is that I wanted a white armoire desk and this was the only one I could find. This is not worth the cost at all. The first one came broken so I refused to accept the shipment. Ok, that’s probably on the shipping company. Wayfair acted quickly, but rather than automatically sending me a replacement, they refunded this and I had to pay for a new one. The price had changed and that was apparently on me. I reordered. The next one came with the doors attached slightly crooked, hardware that was bent, cracks in the wood where some hardware was attached, upper trim with gaps at the corners, one door that won’t stay folded open.... I could go on. This is seriously a very poorly assembled and with low quality materials. It’s worth 200, maybe, but definitely not 800. In hindsight, I should’ve found someone who could build me one. I probably could’ve saved money and had a higher quality piece of furniture. I’ve ordered plenty of other items from Wayfair. There have been other shipping problems but the quality of the items have always been great. So very disappoint with this iten.

I really like the size of it. The bedroom looks richer with this piece.

Ahh... fully assembled and ready to set up the home office. The stain/varnish was not quite cured and required a few more weeks to finish complete drying for the fresh varnish smell to fade away. Love the roll-out keyboard and task shelf.
