This is a good looking bed but there are few things to be aware of. The instructions were very minimal and none of the parts were labeled. Also the frame scratches very easy so be careful when assembling.

This review is for the piece of furniture and my experience with Wayfair regarding this bed. First of all, the actual bed is very nice. It looks like good quality and is as pictured. However, as many other reviewers have stated, it is difficult to assemble. I had an okay time putting it together because I’ve assembled many other pieces of furniture. Please note that you will need a screwdriver or some other way to make pilot holes for the screws. There are no pilot holes for the bed slats or the headboard and you will not be able to screw these in properly without pilot holes. That and the non descriptive instructions were what made it difficult in my opinion. Would not recommend this to a beginner. Lastly, I wasn’t aware of Wayfair’s return policies. My bed was delivered by a 3rd party moving company and I didn’t notice until I was unboxing that the headboard had been damaged. Wayfair gave me no issues as far as replacing the headboard not they would not take back the damaged one. I don’t have a way to transport this large item so it’s just sitting in my garage. Just an FYI to others who are unaware of this.

Easy to assemble and I love the look and low profile. I do wish the walnut had a little more dimension but the pillows cover most of it so I'm ok with it. I would recommend anyone to purchase.

Looks great; the quality is average. The HEadboard is not stable—it wobbles to and fro very easily.

One of the bed's legs broke off roughly 1 year after we bought it. O assembled the bed very carefully and even retightened the frame several times. The bed was always very squeaky and loud, but I didn't really mind until it completely broke. I called to try and get some help but wayfair was not helpful and pretty much told me it wasn't their problem. I would rate this bed 0 stars if I could, don't buy it.

I love this platform bed. I agree with the other reviews. It is challenging to put together. It is definitely a 2 person job and took us at least 3-4 hours which a lot of it was tying to understand the minimal instructions. But once it is together it is perfect, the material is amazing and it looks and seems very expensive. The headboard is a medium height. The current trend is lower headboards, but I know people still enjoy the taller ones, so this appears a good compromise.

This is a great bed BUT better instructions needed. All they need to do is mark the main pieces! Duhhhh…

Many, many shipping delays and snafus, customer service worked with me and am satisfied with the outcome there. However, bed is extremely difficult to get lined up and put together. After a year and a half, I can say it would have been worth it to pay for white glove service for the price of the piece, as the headboard is still not on satisfactorily - it wobbles and I feel we cannot put our weight on it to read, etc. It is a shame because the bed is beautiful.

The bed is beautiful and the construction is very solid. Took a while to put it together but it was worth it in the end.

I had read the reviews that said the assembly was hard and they were right. It wouldn’t have been with better instructions. Their one pager could easily be updated. Once I figured it out though it was smooth and I love the look of the frame and it’s super comfortable for sleeping

Looks great but the instructions are extremely vague and the materials are not exactly quality which made putting it together more difficult. Overall we like the bed but took away a star because of the set up process.
