I bought this in October 2021 after shopping for months for a chair and a half that would allow me (5’10”) to comfortably curl up in the chair for hours. It arrived in January, and my husband has commented multiple times “no wonder you took so long to decide on a chair - you don’t ever leave it.”Funny enough, if I go to bed earlier than he does but come back downstairs, I’ll usually find he’s settled into the chair. That’s because it’s perfect! I can curl up and nap in it - no ottoman necessary, although I can imagine for people even taller that one would be a great addition - and it’s wonderful for reading, watching tv, or even to sit in while working. The fabric is fairly soft but durable, and the cushions are holding their shape quite well even though I almost always sit on just one side of the chair. It looks great in the living room, but is fairly large so make sure you measure. Absolutely in love, Crate & Barrel hit the nail on the head with this chair!

I had been searching for a larger lounge chair, specifically a chair and a half style. This design and model is a perfect fit for my living room. Its the chair that the family wants to sit in! The price and comfort level is what sold our family.

Probably one of the most perfect pieces of furniture that we own. It has turned our sunroom into an oasis of relaxation. The chair and a half is beautiful and versatile. It somehow feels more expansive when you're sitting in it, like it's beckoning you to curl up with a book and relax.

Loved the look at the store, love the comfort at home. So stylish too. We also bought the matching ottoman. Coasters don't show, which was a concern at first for me not seeing it at the store. But they are pretty hidden and make moving the ottoman super easy.

Bought this for my daughters bedroom so we could comfortably sit and read together. It comfortably seats 2 adults and 1 toddler. Its great!

Received this chair since about 2 months now. No issues with ordering or delivery (actually, delivery person was lovely). The chair looks great, just like picture. The material seems sturdy and so far, has resisted abuse from my cats, my doberman and myself. I’m not a big person but I can stretch my legs if I sit diagonally. I can fit myself and my 90lbs doberman snuggly or with my cats when I’m working on the computer with plenty of space. I do sit in it daily and it’s fairly comfortable. Not great for ergonomics though and I do get some back pain from being too comfy and not moving enough when I’m in there. The Lounge is a great name for it, as it fits perfectly for its purpose! Overall I’m quite happy with this purchase and I would buy it again.

I hemmed and hawed over this purchase for months and ultimately decided to order this chair. Oh my goodness am I glad I did. This is the perfect chair to curl up on my with toddler and read books. It’s the perfect size, incredibly comfy, but not too squishy. It currently lives in my son’s room and has been such a wonderful addition, making the room one of our favorite places to be. I really never thought a chair would bring me this much happiness.

We have had this furniture now for 6 months and couldn't be happier. It looks great, is comfortable, holding up well, and most importantly with two dogs...easy to clean. Doesn't really show dog hair either. Perfect size for a human and a dog.
