We love the quality, look and features of these nightstands, but if you don’t have a brand new house, ie brand new drywall, the installation is a little tricky. We were determined to find a way to make it work though because we love them!

These nightstands look amazing and are very well supported! We did drill part of the base into the actual wall studs for additional support. They look so beautiful.

Surprisingly heavy and well made. Walnut is beautiful. Works well with our live edge headboard.

Bought these to match the Nera king bed. Was a little worried about putting them in drywall considering the weight of them but the provided anchors work really well. Both are up and sturdy. They arrived on time, well-packaged and as seen on the web. The only small issue is not knowing exactly what size drill but to use with the template. No measurement is provided. We started small to match the size of hole in the drilling template but that is a touch too small. One of the nightstands we were able to get into studs in the wall so we switched out the anchors for appropriate length screws. The other is sitting nicely in the drywall. We really liked that you could set these to a height you prefer as the bed is on the lower side of bed heights.

The products are high quality and look and function as expected; however, the included M6 bolts for hanging the floating nightstands should probably be replaced with Imperial toggle bolts for the US market. Metric bolts are much harder to come by and the hole sizes frequently don’t aligned properly and require washers to correct. This is really only an issue if you botch the initial install (as I did) and need to buy replacement anchors and bolts. I found that 1/4” toggle bolts from the same company are a workable replacement and are readily available at Lowe’s. However, they aren’t perfect because the bolt heads are rounded-pan types versus the flat-pan type that comes with the Article product (I suspect these are OEM made specifically for Article). Also, the instructions need to include the size of drill bit necessary to make the appropriate sized hole for the anchors. I found that 7/16” works reasons well (again conversion issues with Metric to Imperial) to create a hole large enough the first time without having to force the anchor through the wall (which risks breaking it) or reaming the hole out to make it large enough (which risks putting the whole operation out of level; both of these issues occurred during my installation). Finally, the wall template needs to be adjusted so that the pilot holes are either large enough to drill through while it is taped to the wall or so small that you can get a more accurate center marked on the hall prior to removing the template to drill the pilot holes. Drawers are a bit more shallow than I’m used to with about 3+” of depth, but that isn’t a major issue at all; just something to be aware of. However, I think these would be drastically improved if they had a felt liner installed in them from the factory.

Overall, decent quality and a nice looking piece of furniture! The price was fair. Plastic installation pieces posed the biggest challenges due to breaking. The two we bought are hanging and seem sturdy, regardless.

Truly an impressive piece! Very well build, quality material and I'm very pleased.

The night stand itself is great and met my expectations, that being said the installation is quite a pain and may require the use of your own tools/drilling to secure it to a stud (the instructions and installation tools is only for mounting it with drywall anchors). The night stand wouldn’t be stable enough without this in my opinion. If you have the skills to do this I strongly recommend this nightstand, probably the best for quality and aesthetics for the price.
