Love the Credenza but very unsatisfied with the assembly by Handy service. Placed a request to complete the assembly of my Credenza because the drawers were installed incorrectly and I'm unable to close or lock the file cabinet.

It looks good, but the parts weren't correct with the initial shipment so I had to engage customer service for help. They promptly resolved the issue by sending the correct parts. The finished product has gaps in the drawers that are noticable if you examine but, not a big enough deal to return it. It serves its purpose in my home office.

Price was right as I needed a temporary piece but the drawers don’t line up. Not all of the necessary holes were there. Just a bit rough.

Works great for our office area. Love it!

The item looks good. But very hard to put together. The pre drilled holes were in the wrong place for the drawers. The front was also chipped.

Very nice piece. The instructions were not that well written, poor illustrations. We manage to assemble it, but was stressful.
