These sconces are amazing! They present a very high end look. The oiled rubbed bronze sconces have a very dark brown tone. While although I wished they were black, these are still perfect. They are sizable and have a great downward light for reading or creating a great ambiance. I suggest getting LED lights - Day Light 60W (Home D****). I considered hiding the wire for a cleaner look but decided that the wires didn’t create much of a distraction. Can easily be used in a bedroom, bathroom and even as a hallway or picture light. If you are considering these, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! All you have to do now is place them in your cart, purchase, wait to receive them, install, and enjoy - while getting tons of compliments from friends and family!

Bought two of these to create the perfect hotel bedroom - they’re very sturdy and love that wire hiders and an option to hard wire in the lights is available. The dark black option does have hints of very dark bronze brown - is not fully 100 black tone.

These light fixtures are awesome! Beautiful design!

I ordered two of these in gold and they both had issues. They were slightly different colors (one was a little more golden than the other) and the arm that connects the lampshade to the light base was crooked and wonky. I got a replacement two items and both of those had issues. Both arms were wonky again, and now one was scratched and another was dented.

I love the look these lams give our bedroom! They are beautiful, classy, and give it a splash of luxury with the option of hardwiring or just plugging them in. The screws they give aren't heavy duty enough, so we switched them out with something a little more robust, but it was a NON issue for the perfect design of the light fixture itself!!! I would and MAY buy these for more bedrooms in our home! 100% recommend!

Great bedside lights! Substantial and easy to use.

We haven’t hung this yet but it’s perfect! Some sconces come too far out from the wall. This is perfect for our 10x10 bedroom.

Color is more yellow/orange than I expected. Both mounting brackets are crooked so we can’t install them level on the walk. So disappointed!

This lamp is a little larger than expected but otherwise it's perfect for my needs and I love it. The brass finish is consistent on all parts of the lamp. It looks aged and matches vintage brass accents on my bed, as I hoped it would. The lamp is being used as a plug-in and was easy to install -- after I dug through my toolbox to find screws and anchors that would fit. The lamp came with plenty of hanging hardware but none of it fit this lamp. That's the only reason this isn't a five-star review. Luckily the hardware needed is a universal size and shape and I already had some that would work.

I love these lights! Bought two of them to hang above my office desk with a modern mirror in between! Sturdy light!

Haven't installed yet but they are exactly what we wanted to mount bedside in one of our guest bedrooms!

Bigger than what we originally thought. However, beautiful and great quality!

My husband thought that they were hideous inside the packaging, when alas they were placed above the sofa in the library/office. They were perfect!

Haven't opened the box yet. Will update once they are mounted in the space but I'll give it a 5 star for now because it absolutely what I wanted.

The sconces look elegant and expensive on my bedroom wall! They were a little difficult to mount properly, but otherwise a really great purchase.

My husband had some trouble hanging these, as the holes on the back did not seem to be in the right place to hang these perfectly straight. We were able to adjust them enough to our liking.

Versatile, attractive solution to limited lamp space. Color is slightly more orange than expected, a warm golden finish. Coordinating plug cord is amber.

The mounting plates were crooked, but we made it work and they look nice
