Beautiful Love seat! Quality is amazing for the pure white fabric. Shipping took a bit, but I didnt realize that it was custom made in America. Packaging was great. Highly recommend.

This is really a great loveseat for the price. Arrived way earlier than expected and looks awesome in my living room. Good size, beautiful white upholstery, overall good looking piece. Very happy with this purchase.

This loveseat is attactive, very comfortable and we LOVE the color and feel of the fabric we chose. Wayfair needs to work on the quality of their Custom-made furniture, though. The side and back panels are not supported and will damage easily, and apparently there is only one color (off-white) of thread and zipper used regardless of fabric chosen.

We ordered this loveseat and a matching couch in Nobletex Russet. The color was amazing — very cool fabric. However, when the set arrived, we tried to install the legs and found that three legs (two on the couch and one on the loveseat) were MISSING the metal insert with threads — meaning, the legs could not be screwed into the bottom. There was no way to secure them... even though they had drilled the hole, whoever's job it was at the factory to insert that tiny metal piece was apparently not paying attention AT ALL. But that's not even the craziest part of this story. Wayfair said, "Hey, we'll ship you a replacement couch and loveseat." Okay, we said. Cool. GUESS WHAT?! When the replacement couch and loveseat arrived they were ALSO missing the metal inserts on three DIFFERENT legs combined between the two (one on the couch and two on the loveseat, or vice versa — can't recall). Bottom line: HOLY COW, THIS SUPPLIER STINKS! BUT... Wayfair did a fantastic job of making things right with their customer service. Even though the couch/loveseat debacle will live in infamy as quite possibly one of the worst-ever furniture manufacturing blunders, our case manager rep Kat Friedkin was AMAZING. She was articulate, kind, thorough, and empowered to make things right. Honestly, she is the only reason we might ever shop at Wayfair again, and SHE DESERVES A RAISE. (We've attached pics of an example of one of the feet that was missing a metal insert, and one that was properly inserted, for reference.) We'll also leave this duplicate review on the corresponding couch.

This is exactly what I wanted. Measurements are exactly as listed. I ordered “pow wow flannel” and it is perfect! It is a very warm greybrown, a lovely neutral. It is firm, but springy and supportive. I like the piping on the cushions as it gives a crisp look and keeps its shape. My family is full of tall people (6’-6’3, with a 5’ tall 9 year old and a 3’ tall 2 year old) and we all fit perfectly on this loveseat. Even my husband can kick back on this.

I am pleased with both loveseats. They are comfortable and the color is lovely.

It is beautiful and SO comfortable! I absolutely love it! I got the classic bleach white and it is white, not off white but a perfect soft white. It’s exactly what I needed for my sunroom. I highly recommend it

I did a complete update on my boyfriend’s living room and purchased this loveseat. It’s a well made and fits the small space I had to work with and I couldn’t be more pleased. Tons of compliments on the loveseat!

This is beautiful! I ordered a dark, velvety navy blue, and it's perfect! Well made. Cushions are stuffed just right, not too squishy. Considering these are custom made, delivery was quicker than I'd anticipated. And the delivery process itself was easy and trouble free.

This furniture is beautiful and comfortable but three cushions in my couchloveseat have torn in the two months since I’ve had it and Wayfair refuses to replace the cushions.

Really great couch for what the price. It’s a really nice depth, the cushions sit you up and forward pretty well so it’s not difficult for my mom or older guests to get out of. The color was the standard color no it’s a great shade of khaki.

I was worried ordering a sofa set online but this is beautiful. Very solid, comfortable and one of the best built sets I have ever had.

The chair was comfortable but the legs couldn’t not be threaded to the base! There was just an empty hole with no thread. I had to glue the legs...hopefully it lasts.
