I found this couch on the website 1 1/2 years ago, and did not stop thinking about it. I knew I was moving but not for a while, so I saved for this couch, because it looked so comfortable, and I loved how big it was (I'm petite at 5'2"). When I knew I was moving, I ordered the couch a few months in advance due to it being on backorder. Timing was perfect, as it was ready for delivery a week before my move date. Once it was finally unboxed I could not have been happier! It's absolutely perfect, just as deep as I hoped, the right amount of firmness so that I don't feel like I'm sinking but so it's comfortable too. I am so in love with this couch!

We LOVE this sectional. We waited about five months for it to arrive (after it was delayed 3-4 times from the original date given at purchase) but we are so happy to finally have it. The cushions are so thick, it is super comfortable and the lower profile back helps it not look like it’s taking over the room.

I tried to write a negative review 4 times and crate and barrel asked me to revise it and on the 4th attempt they deleted my review all together. They removed and deleted my review about my negative experience

These took forever to arrive but they are comfortable and everyone is asking where they can get one!

I will start by saying I have ordered pretty much everything from my home from Crate and Barrel. But if I could go back, though, I wouldn’t rebuy this. It’s good for the price point (I got leather because I have kids and dogs). I sat on the fabric version in the store and thought it was comfortable. However, the seat cushions are not very comfortable and the back cushions do not stay in place which is an eye sore. Most couches I have purchased include straps or Velcro to keep the cushions in place but this one does not. I am also very upset that I asked the sales person in store four times to confirm that it was full grain leather and he assured me that it was each time. In fact, the sales person just wanted to make the sale, clearly, since it is not full grain - it’s only top grain. And, since it’s considered a custom item, I cannot exchange it. Like I said, I have been a very loyal customer, but this was an expensive disappointment I’m now stuck with.

Couch is really comfortable and we enjoy how deep the couch is. Makes it that you can relax and have plenty of space. Color is nice and the couch has great material. I feel like this couch will last a long time.

We ordered the sectional online based on the fact that it was in-stock. However, it still took four months to arrive. The cushions (both seat and back) are firmer than I had expected based on the reviews. Overall, it suits are need but I would not likely purchase again.

Ordered this with the Gather 2 piece sectional in early May 2021; delivered in early Sep (4 months). First time I had to wait for new sofa set, but it was worth it. We love the new sofa set, worth the wait and money. First time we have the deep seats, which was something we specifically looked for and we can't go back to regular (shallow) seats. The sofa set is well made and the seat cushion is very comfortable. We love the distinctive look of the Gather, with its thick seat cushion.

Perfect balance of support and comfort. Great for a family room for lounging but still has clean and modern lines.

The softest leather sofa I’ve ever felt. Would definitely recommend it’s great.
