The directions should be refactored but so far so good.

Does an excellent job as a blackout shade. Being able to lower it to the bottom and have it open at the top is nice when you need privacy but still want natural light. I have a couple gripes. One being that if this is being mounted to the top of a window, you need different screws that aren't provided to do so. I had to go to two different hardware stores to find these. And second, most of the time the bottom or top of the shade doesn't sit level, it's usually a little off. Overall decent shade, would probably buy again, but the two negatives I listed are annoying considering the price point.

I never thought I would say this, but I love this shade! It gave me great piece of mind knowing that I had a free change in case I measured wrong, but I didn't even need to think about it once it arrived. The shade fit the window perfectly and was fairly easy to install. I will be purchasing more shades, once the other windows in my house are replaced.

Took a bit to getting around to put them up but they’re just as described! Easy install, blackout, and look great in our master bathroom. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect pricepoint for a custom shade. I needed to discreetly fit a window with a black out shade and this was it. The fact that you can lower both the top and bottom is a bonus!! I will definitely order this again.

This worked great! Privacy but light can come through at the top!

Love being able to bring light in from the top of the window while maintaining privacy at the bottom. Great option if you would rather not install tracks on your window casings for similar blinds.

Disappointed. They do not hang properly and have crooked gaps at the top. Expensive and poor quality

Not the easiest to install but works beautifully. Very chic and functional. Would purchase again.
