Item was strapped so tight, for so long the arms have permanent indentations. The worse problem is that the seat frame does not match up on all side no matter how we tried to jimmy it in and we tried and tried. The result is a seat base corner that does not connect. I am a new customer to Wayfair and this itemis why i applied for wayfair credit. It is poor quality and way overpriced. Now they say i owe them $250 for them to come get this junk. Stupid me, live and learn.

Total disaster. The seating piece is a full inch too short to work with hardware. Even fully assembled and with hardware reworked, etc, it looks terrible. Bad, bad, Wayfair.

So I have had this couch since October but just never added a review. After having it for 8 months I still love it and it is still holding up strong. For the reviews that say the cushions hang off the front, they do not, if the seat cushions are pushed all the way back with the back cushions sitting on top they will line up perfectly. It is easy to clean, the cushion covers come off and can be thrown in the washer and dryer. I would 100 but this couch again

Bad shipping design for 1 pieces that were vacuum packed. 4 days and the creases will not flatten. Avoid this product.

This is a great buy for the money. All cushion covers are removable, and I wash mine pretty often. It’s not extremely durable upholstery, but I expected that with a cheap option. Overall very pleased with it! Very easy to assemble - just took me a few minutes!

I think this is a good couch for the price you pay. It fits my smaller living room nicely and has held up so far over the past 6 months. My only issue is that it really isn’t comfortable, especially for 2 people to stretch out on to watch a movie. The cushions are very firm but some people might like that. Going to upgrade to something bigger and and more comfortable eventually. This might be better for a basement or spare living space but not as great for an every day sofa.

This is the worst couch I have ever sat on. We were excited because of the many good reviews and the cheap price but it has many issues. The most annoying thing is the cushions always slide off, every time you sit and get up, they move away from the couch at least an inch every movement. Since you assemble this couch yourself by sliding the parts together, it is only connected with a few loosely connected metal brackets and the couch is wobbly. The sectional part slides away as there is no way to keep it in place. It feels cheaply made and would honestly spend extra money to get something better. Wayfair says this couch was originally over 1000– that is fake news. Be weary.

Love it, easy to assemble! Perfect size

Perfect size and easy assembly. I didn’t want something too small or narrow to where it wasn’t comfortable to lounge and watch tv and this does the job perfectly. I’m 5’5” 150 female and I can lie down comfortably and sit upward on the ottoman comfortably as shown in picture. Love love love it. I have pictures of what it looked like right after I assembled (by myself) and after I allowed a week or so for the pillows and cushions to expand.

So far so good. It fits perfectly in my condo and I like the feel of it. It has normal depth and the firmness is also good, but not too hard. Was easy to put together, too, took me (by myself) about 10 minutes, no tools are needed. Would buy again.

The sofa is not bad for the price however we are having some issues with the cushions. They are still a little deflated even though it has been a week. The arms also have some shape issues as you can see in the picture. Maybe that will fix itself in time as well. The sofa is not very sturdy structurally. It wobbles a little. I would give this a 3.5 stars probably.

Looks amazing in my small apartment, but could be more comfortable. Came in time and was very well packaged and was easy to put together. Overall, a great purchase!

***UPDATE 2021*** Almost two years into owning this couch, I am revising my review. Overall, after 2 years, I give this couch 45 stars. For this price point, I’d still consider this a great deal! This couch comfortable seats two people, three people is a stretch. I would not be super comfortable with a 3rd person. The cushions are still very firm, depending on who you are that could be a pro or con. I was hoping they’d soften up a bit in two years. This couch served its purpose, and I am still glad I purchased it. It still looks great two years in. Now that my wood floors have been installed, I have ordered a custom sectional to fit my space to replace this couch. But overall I WOULD recommend. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** I had a small space in my house where my couch had to fit based on how the room was designed, and this couch fits perfectly! This is not a large couch my any means, but it can seat three people sitting. Setup was easy, I did the whole setup myself in under an hour. I am a 27 year old female. The cushions are firm, this is not a luxury couch you sink into, but at this price point, you cant be expecting luxury. I am very happy with the quality and price of this couch.

Ok. So I got my couch. Simple to put together. However it’s not grey as ordered. (See pics) looks more brown than grey. The seat cushions are flat. I don’t know how to get them to plump the fabric is all wrinkled. There’s indents on the arms from packaging too. Really kind of bummed. But I’ll make it work some how.

Beautiful sectional. Fit perfectly in the space and was easy to assemble. Pleased with the result.

The couch is great once put together and is quite comfy for my boyfriend and me to relax on in our tiny apartment. However, we had some difficulties putting the couch together due to some of the tolerances not lining up. For instance, we had issues putting the back of the couch on after we had the bottom assembled. Also, the section where your weight will be had issues being placed to the sides of the couch. It required a little bit of thinking outside the box to get all the parts to fit perfectly.

For the price, it’s an okay couch. It’s pretty and looks chic. Its a great size for a tiny apartment. It was super easy to set up. That being said, the quality is really lacking. The couch material ripped on a corner after only 5 months of light to moderate use (no kids or pets) and the back cushions are flat and misshapen even with lots of regular fluffing. Also, I will add, this couch is not comfortable at all. Very stiff and cheap feeling material. It’s like if Forever 21 made furniture - it’s very fashionable and cheap but will fall apart on you pretty quickly. Its a good interim couch though and works until we can save up for a nicer couch. For the price point it’s fine - just what I’d expect. I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised BUT we don’t all get lucky. If you don’t really think you’ll use this all the time and just want to fill your living room with something nice , go with this couch. If you’re looking for movie nights and long tv marathons with a loved one, just save your money and splurge on something that’s gonna play.

I didn't realize I would have to put it together. The seat cushions were vacuum sealed and still have not plumped up after a week. The zipper covers are still very wrinkled. Definitely not like in the photo. First photo is the actual sofa delivered to me. Second photo is the website pic.

The couch was easy to assemble, great color, and comfortable. My complaint is the filler in the cushions was flattened too much when it was vacuum sealed causing it to look like there is too much fabric. The fabric on the cushions have deep wrinkles I tried steaming out, but haven’t had any luck.If it wasn’t wrinkled I would say 5 stars. the wrinkles make it appear cheap. I know the price is great, but with such glowing reviews I expected more.
