Much bigger than I expected, and provides a nice light. The sunshade on the back is a nice touch. Feels well constructed, and has a very smart design.

The directions did not include the information about what size bulb to purchase.

A bit hard to unbox i have to say.

Overall, this was well worth the purchase. The lamp looks great and has a fantastic weight and texture to it- the materials are top-notch! The design is clean and it accents any room nicely. I do wish there was one more pivot point to allow the top to tilt outwards, but this is a totally minor gripe and not necessary for this thing to look and function super well.

Excellent attractive lamp. I absolutely love the design and would buy this again. 5 stars for everything about it for design and quality. The only reason I gave this a 4 is that I wish all Article lamps were at least 60 watts. This is only 40 watts. It still gives good light for a desk lamp.
