The fur was very rough and dry (no matter how much I brushed the pillows based on the instructions). Contacted customer service and they said I would have to pay for shipping to return these pillows!? Would not recommend these to anyone! Poor customer service.

This is unbelievable, but true. The pillow is not real lambswool, but it’s polyester. Made in China and not even a good faux. Returning.
