I opened the box, and the leaves were cut off. There were also small cracks... And it wasnt pretty like the photo. Its really annoying because its planted separately on both sides, so honestly it doesnt gather in the middle. There are too few leaves. It was cut off. It was the first potted plant I put in my new house... it was so disappointing...T.T

The plant arrived in very good condition. However, the “basket” is very flimsy and lined with thin plastic; I can’t water the plant in this basket, I’ll have to get another basket or cachepot.

It arrived and was gorgeous. Survived for about a year with light watering. However, it has started to die on me and I am not exactly sure what type of plant this is. I thought it was a bird of paradise, but my confirmation email says banana leaf plant...and now it says "live flowering plant in basket"...anyway, it's hard to know exactly how to care for it without the proper title.

Even thought I put my own name on the account I ordered from and put my own address; your company took it upon themselves to reverse it and put my abusive exs name on address on the package. Even though I paid for it and my card is linked to my address. I spent hours on the phone waiting to get a hold of y all and also FedEx. Only to have it delivered to my abusive exs house. I literally just moved out of there and got a place of my own. So this live plant sat god knows where for 2 days. Now it looks ok but the leaves are all ripped and frayed. Never ever using this site again. I ordered a silver wear caddy yall are sending to his address as well. So lucky me I get to see him again. I paid way too much money for you all to do me like that. You lost a customer

I love this plant, it arrived in tact and makes a great addition to my living room. My one complaint is that the basket is not as pictured. It is significantly shorter.
