As other reviewers suggested, this pouf doesn't hold it's shape well and it already started looking old and the stitching had ripped open in many places. Returning.

We bought ours in early 2019 and by the end of 2020, there were multiple seams broken and open holes. All I used it for was to prop my feet up while sitting on the couch. No one has even sat on it. It's so bad that when our apartment was packed up to move across the country last month, we had to toss it in the trash. I really need a black pouf because it worked with my decor, but won't buy this one again. Not even two years...! Makes me hesitant to buy their other more expensive black pouf.

Similar to many other reviews on here, the unit does not hold up and deflates quite quickly with minimal use. Also we've had the unit on our balcony for a little over a month now and it is completely fading. Large portions of it are very light tan in color now. Very disappointed.

Looked awesome, felt awesome - stretched out sideways, might as well be a rug at this point. It also has two big holes (one started as soon as we got it) - where the main stitching came free. It doesn't leak, it has another black thing filled inside it. Def not stoked - expected so much more from this company.

I bought 2 of these poufs less than 2 years ago for my basement - which isn’t frequently used. I bought them for their look and because I expected CB2 products to be of high quality. In no time, the poufs lost their shape, and the string has even come apart leaving holes in the fabric. Need to replace them entirely. They are beyond salvaging. Very disappointing. I now need to replace entirely.

I bought this about a month ago for our office sitting area and absolutely love it! We have a CB2 tray on top of it and use it as a small ottoman. I would purchase the larger one if you want it to fill a bigger space. We use it for additional seating with guests too and it has kept its shape. Would recommend.

I bought two of these poufs to pair with a new set of camel colored leather chairs. They are perfect and we love them. Elegant yet durable enough to actually be used daily and they go perfectly with our room decor.

within a month of purchasing this item, the "pouf" no longer poufed but was flat no matter how much fluffing we tried to do. now there's an unsightly ripped seam on the top and it's not only flat but uneven and distorted. does not hold out well long-term and isn't a quality product, unfortunately.

I bought two of these (one black and one natural) less than a year ago and within 3 months of nightly use, the stitching had ripped open in many places along the seems. I've stitched and restitched because the look of these are awesome and they aren't cheap... but after too many repairs, I've given up on them. They loose their structural integrity pretty quickly too (they get soft and the jute seems to stretch out). I'm pretty bummed on this because we ordered two. I think either the cost needs cut by 70% or the quality needs to improve drastically for me to recommend these.

We purchased the smaller 20" diameter pouf and fell in love. With toddlers and small children around, it is well-worn, held its shape, and kid-proof. We just went back and ordered two more--another 20" and the 30" for other rooms in the house. Even better? My husband loves it which is more than I can say for most of the things I buy-ha!
