I love the look of the chair but it does wear as suede tends to do after time. I work from home and have for over a year with this chair so I guess I’m getting good use. What is most concerning is for the price I wouldn’t have expected the ball bearings to be falling out. I find the little balls all over my apt every week. Hoping it doesn’t break!

I bought this chair last July, so it's been about a year and a half. I'm not pleased with how it's worn; the ball bearings are slowly popping out, I keep finding them all over my floor. And the suede does show signs of age. I should say that I do work full time from home, so I'm sitting in this chair all day, 5 days a week. Even so, I think for the price, it should have had a longer life. Currently on the search for something a that will age more gracefully, and better made than this one.

First of all, it's stunning. I've had this chair for almost three years and it's held up well especially given I'm working from home 100% of the time now. I agree that the ball bearings fall out. It's made two of my wheels pretty unusable, so I called up CB2 and they are sending me a set of replacement wheels, no charge. This chair goes beautifully with my Dahlia marble desk, and soon the inline brass file cabinet as well. Yay.

Bought this for my office in Sept 2019 and one of the wheels just broke off. It is so disappointing because the chair is so stylish and comfortable, but doesn't seem like it is built for daily use.

I got this as a gift and what a gift it is! Material is very comfortable if you sit for long hours. The wheels have a smooth glide and the comfort is outstanding. It doesn’t hurt your back and makes long days at work a lot more comfortable. One of my best wfh investments this year.

I don’t mind being on a work video call with this function and beautiful suede chair. It’s adjustable height, 360 spin, solid construction, and comfortable seat and back make this a great purchase, but it’s elegant style and suede pleat details make it a standout. I’ve had this chair for a few months now, and use it every day — including dropping a pen on it (twice). Both spots cleaned easily. It’s a well constructed chair built for the daily use of WFH. So glad I purchased!

This chair is beautiful and offers good support, but the ball bearings from the wheels are all slowly falling out. Every week I discover a couple on the floor. Hopefully that doesn't make the chair unusable too soon.

Absolutely gorgeous piece and mechanics of the chair seem really good. Can't recommend enough if you are looking for style and function, so beautiful.

Just got my new office chair this week and I love it! The details on this one with the suede are gorgeous. My husband thought I'd ordered a custom chair! It's really comfortable and the adjustable height is smooth and a feature I really wanted so I could work ergonomically. Love the look and feel and plan to have this one for a long time.

Working from home prompted me to splurge on a comfortable chair and this one fits the bill. Super firm but comfortable cushion and so freaking beautiful! It really is a mini statement piece in my living room. So happy!

Horrible smell coming from this chair. Color is much more faded / less rich than pictures show.

I’ve only had this chair for a few days and I already love it. It’s super comfortable and has eased pressure on my hips. Agree the only con is the price.
