The packaging was awesome and the wood quality was super! Although one corner of the box was dented, all the pieces were pretty much undamaged (just a tiny chip in the corner of one piece of wood). The only negative thing I’ve noticed so far is that the slats on my side creaks a little when I sit up against the headboard (the headboard is not attached, just propped up between the wall and bed frame). But I’m not sure if it’s just because of the cold and lack of humidity in our room during winter time. It doesn’t creak at all when lying down or sleeping and tossing.

The directions could be a little more clear but after putting the pieces together in the wrong order first, I figured it out. Good quality bed frame but the color is not “dark espresso” at all.

I’m glad that I read the reviews & ordered 2 of these. They were delivered 3 days early, were packed so nicely and easy to put together including a ratchet. The bed seems to be a quality product & the wood finish is really nice too. Now the grandkids have a place to sleep when they come for a visit and we have a nice lounge area the rest of the time. We are so pleased with this purchase!

The bed was very easy to put together with no additional tools needed outside of what was provided. The bed seems very sturdy. It is not very hard to move once assembled so adjusting the bed to fit your design preferences is very easy. A picture guide is provided in the box showing you each step in detail so there is very little room for error. If I had one critique it would be that the labeling for the hardware is not always clear.

Forgive the mess. I’m thrilled with this purchase. It was easy to assemble. I’ll be purchasing another one for my master bedroom.

I ordered the king frame in espresso. I was able to carry the package upstairs and assemble on my own in about an hour. They include tools and such to put together. Instructions are just pictures. Once you get the last 2 corners, it gets difficult to turn the screws in their holes. I just fiddled with the frame, pulling it in different directions until I was able to tighten them completely. The frame feels sturdy. I like that it's solid wood with a metal center support. My mattress is 14 in thick, so overall height is perfect for us.

This was a breeze to put together. Feels great, looks great in the espresso color. I’d say it’s more like “dark or classic walnut” than espresso. Hope that helps. I love it, and the only thing I needed another person for was to lift the king size mattress up onto the bed. I did it alone. But I recommend a friend to help! Thanks wayfair.

Beautiful, love the color of the wood

I am pretty upset with this frame. It took way too long to set up, and in the end it is uneven! The first issue was that the screw holes between the corner leg pieces and long side planks weren't aligned with each other. After repeatedly trying to screw them in as is and making sure that the holes were as aligned as they could be, I had to force some of the screws into their holes since they didn't screw in smoothly. And then the finished bed frame is still crooked in the end. The bed frame is now rocking back and forth on the opposite corner legs. Another issue was the middle beam. The 3 smaller legs each had a different height even though all the screws matched perfectly with their holes. So now, with the frame set up the middle bar is effectively floating.

Very easy to assemble. Great quality! Get a thinner mattress if possible, ours is too high. I have a Thuma in the master room, this ones very close for a fraction of the cost. I got the Natural color.

Very impressed this this platform bed frame. The quality seems to be really good even at a lower price point and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. Two adults and two young children can lay on it and it holds up. Construction was also super simple and could be done in probably less than 30 mins. Overall working out great for what I need it to right now!

I bought this platform because the color looks the same as this old head board, and it does!!! Easy to assemble, well made. We are very happy with our purchase.

This bedframe is perfect! The color is great, it wasn't hard to assemble and I love that a couple of the wood slots had a peel off to keep the mattress in place when we placed it on top of it. Great quality!

Fits into a small space bedroom just like we needed

The beds arrived sooner than expected. They were packaged extremely well to avoid damage and was very easy to put together. After a week, I can say the beds are pretty sturdy and hopefully will last for years to come. As an extra benefit there is great clearance for storage underneath the bed. Love love love.

This was the easiest assembly I have ever done. I’m an 80 year old female and put this together myself in less than an hour. I did have my 5 year old cockapoo supervise, he was very encouraging. LOL It’s perfect for my small space.

This is an excellent platform bed... sturdy, attractive, very well made. What puts it over the top for me was the clear thought and planning which went into making the bed almost ridiculously easy to assemble. This was a very nice surprise, as I have put beds together before and they are often unweildy and complicated. This was not. Good ma ufacturing standards also as every bolt went into place smoothly, no stripped threads, or other issues, parts very well organized and labelled. I am very happy with the design, quality and attention to detail.

Absolutely love this bed! It’s simple, elegant and extremely sturdy. Came quickly and was easy to put together. Wonder why I waited so long to get it! Sorry for the bad photo. Too hard to get a good angle in the small bedroom.

Good quality bed for the price. My one complaint is that the screws come a little loose periodically, and that causes the bed to wobble slightly. Overall, it’s very sturdy when the screws are tight. It may perform better on carpet. I have my bed on laminate floors, so it slides around a bit, which may be what causes the screws to come loose.
