It took a long time to get this couch, which is understandable with all of the supply chain delays, but we are very happy with it. It is comfortable, yet firm and will hopefully maintain its shape over time. We have the matching chair and it has worn really well over time. The colour and fabric of this couch are very nice as well. Would recommend. We have a lot of article products and have always been happy with them. Good quality and nice style.

I bought this couch back in April 2021 and I really love the overall look of this couch and the texture of the fabric! In terms of functionality, the cushions slide when you sit on them, the back support cushion also slides and gets smushed/crushed down. I constantly find myself adjusting the cushions multiple times a day. The back cushions also now have large crease marks in them from where the fabric folds. Additionally, the connection point between the two cushions isn't strong enough to hold the movement when sitting on this couch and overtime the metal holding the pieces together has started to bend. I wouldn't consider us being aggressive or rough with this couch in any way and we're still having issues :( I really loved the look of this couch but it's very frustrating and I wish I would never have bought it. I attached pictures of what this couch looks like 90% of the time when I'm not adjusting it back to "normal"

I've had this couch for almost 4 years and I couldn't be happier: it looks great and is exactly "my type" in terms of being firm and not squishy. Note: This is not my everyday couch--it's in the living room which is used more rarely--so I can't speak to how it would hold up with more regular use, kiddos, etc. But it makes me VERY happy every time I walk in the house!

I liked This sectional when i first Bought it. It was sleek, modern & pretty comfy. After a couple of months though, with 3 kids, it began getting stains on it. Even so much as a tiny water spill (which is mostly what has been spilt on our couch) it shows and looks horrible. We have tried getting stains out per Article’s instructions, but it just hasn’t done anything. It’s now an eye sore in our living room & i can’t Wait to get rid of it. Do not buy if you have kids, pets or are clumsy with spilling anything. So bummed.

Wouldn’t buy again. Cushions never looked like the pictures. All wrinkled even after follwoing articles instructions and care for wrinkles in fabric. Quite STIFF and hasn’t loosened up after 20 months. Would not buy again. Emailed article about the cushions wrinkled and they sent me a single cushion which was black leather (my couch is grey cloth). Overall a subpar couch and regret the purchase.

I am so happy with this couch. It was hard deciding since you can’t see or sit on it in person, but it met all of my expectations. The cushions are firm and keep their shape well but still very comfortable. It can easily sit 4 people because of the wide cushions. The Seasalt Gray color is awesome, the beige tones with the gray keep it very neutral. Initially it said 6 weeks for delivery, it ended up taking closer to 7-8, but it was worth the wait!
