I’ll start by saying how much I hate online shopping. I’m the type of person that needs to see the item in person before buying it, but I found myself in a pinch and needed a bed quick. I’m not even sure how I stumbled upon this particular bed, but I am so happy I did. I already knew about Birch Lane, but hadn’t made a purchase before. After reading the reviews and considering the arrival date, I said to myself, why not try it out. The bed arrive much earlier than expected, and everything people said before is so true. It’s extremely sturdy, was easy to put together (I did so by myself), and fits perfectly in the room I bought it for. The only thing I wish is that it had one or two more slats. Other than that, this bed is pretty perfect! I’d highly recommend it.

I purchased the twin white washed frame for my daughter's bedroom to replace an old metalframe with headboard. It is very well made, solid wood, not cheap fiberboard. Took me 1.5 hours to put together by myself, so if you had 2 people would probably be done sooner. Says you can use a box spring...recommend low profile box spring. Her old one was 8 inches and the bed was way too high with that even for me and I'm 5'7". I bought a 4inch low profile box spring and put her mattress on that and its perfect. I was a little nervous because her furniture is oak, but i think it looks good.. Absolutely love this bed.

We love our Montauk bed! The color is perfect and looks exactly like the picture. It was easy to put together (as long as you have 2 people). I would definitely recommend this bed for anyone who wants a beautiful farmhouse bed.

I bought a Queen in rustic gray. I think it's great quality. It was fairly easy to put together with an extra set of hands. There was that funny smell you get with painted or sealed furniture, but it wore off after a few days. I'm using mine with an adjustable base. It is a VERY snug fit - almost too snug. But it works, so I'm okay with it. In hindsight, I almost wish I'd gone with the rustic walnut but I was worried it would clash with the other vintage pieces I have in the room. The gray is pretty. And if I every get bored, it would be easy to paint. Great bed!

Very great quality bed! I would recommend getting a smaller box spring if you have a normal sized one, it sits up a bit high

We love this bed but unfortunately it squeaks a bit. It was easy to put together and is really great quality - solid wood. However, the squeaking is a bit annoying. We are going to try some WD-40 and see if that does the trick. Will update review after.

The bed frame came in two boxes. I was surprised with the quality of the bed as it's all real wood. Directions made it easy. The color is a little darker than I thought, but still an overall nice color. My son loves the bed and how you can make it low or high. You need a box frame.

I love this bed and the night stands I purchased with it. Looks great in my casita.

The q&a said this needed a box spring. Well now the mattress is above my hips and I am 5’7. Also drift wood color looks yellow. It is solidly made though.

Every piece was perfect. Bought for my 9 year old son with my house being farmhouse style and it matches amazing. It is solid wood pieces, well built.

Absolutely love it! Was so easy to put together! 4 stars because I feel like there’s not enough support for my mattress. It says platform bed so I ordered. Will definitely be adding more slats for support. Other than that, looks gorgeous and very decent quality.

I like the bed but the headboard didn't fit together right. Ordering replacement parts was easy so I will see how that turns out,
