This item had so many great reviews I was so excited about getting it. However it’s not the quality I would have hoped for. It’s been laying out for two days now and after vacuuming many times laying flat objects on it and even steaming it - it won’t go flat. Will likely return.

Rug is a bit thin and took awhile to smooth up. Recommend a good pad to go underneath otherwise it’s a great buy.

I am very pleased with this rug. It’s quite thin but I wanted it thin for my husband’s wheelchair to roll on. The several shades of gray with cream is perfect in my living room. I love the subtle faded design too. I didn’t want a rug that took all the attention My walls are “agreeable gray” color snd it goes great. I have a gray chair and a gray and cream footstool and though you could say the rug is a bluish gray color it doesn’t bother me at all. My grays don’t match but they do blend well. For the price I’m happy. It does need a pad underneath. I will use the pad I had. Also there are a few folds in it that will work their way out. If it bothers me later I’ll iron the folds (look up YouTube and use a damp towel with iron)

Love my rug in my dining room. It is alittle thin but that’s what I wanted on my hardwood floor under my table. Easy to clean.

Its rather thin and not very plush, which is fine for my formal living room. The pattern is great, but its been lying in my living room unfolded for months, been vacuumed countless times and it’s still wrinkled. Hoping eventually flattens, but I’m starting to feel less optimistic that will occur.

I reordered this rug in March 2021 because we loved the colors and quality of the original one but our senior cat had too many accidents on it so we needed to replace it. The second one we got is much thinner and the material feels stiff and cheap, it does not lay flat very well though it's been a couple months now that we've had it. The price was significantly less than when we purchased the original, I just thought it was going out of stock or something, now I realize it was due to the lower quality product.

I live the look of this rug and the texture. It is a beautiful rug. I gave it one less start for the quality of the shaping and weight of rug. One end of the rug is not straight but curved warped, which I had to hid with the couch (not the placement I wanted). Otherwise, for he price, its great!

I was looking for a subtle pattern in shades of gray and beige for our newly purchased beach cottage. I was looking for very low pile and easy care. This one was a good choice. It defines the space, vacuums easily and blends in with the bleached gray wood floors. A thick rug pad makes it feel more plush. The wrinkles mostly smoothed out the first day and it is looking better each day. Please ignore the dark green paint color, it’s going away soon! Just waiting for a couple of chairs to complete the space.

The rug serves its purpose. It definitely has blue shades, so make sure that’s what you want. The quality is not great, I don’t see it holding up well.it’s still not laying flat after several days on the floor. I purchased this rug to replace another rug that wore out after 6 years. They still sell it on wayfair. The quality was much better. Next time, I’ll be replacing with the old rug.

Thrilled with the color and quality of this rug for it’s price range. I wanted a rug that was off white with gray but it can be hard to tell from Website pics just how white or off white something is. You can tell the rug color from this picture as my bed skirt is white and the nightstand is antique white. Also It’s just the right thickness I needed.

We were worried that our living room was becoming too dark. We really love darker earth tones. Blacks, brown, olive, and grays. So we wanted a rug that would help to lighten up the space without being sooo light that every speck of dirt would clearly show. We still have kids and didn't want to do anything too crazy. This had the perfect blend of light and darks colors to hide possible imperfections. LOL. It fit perfectly.

No matter what I do, it will NOT lay flat I cannot get the wrinkles out.

I read every review and thought people were just being picky. I generally give products the benefit of the doubt because people tend to complain more than compliment. I do agree that this rug is less than good for quality. It’s not very soft and it’s just obviously a cheap rug. I purchased other rugs for my home from 3 other places so I have good comparisons. The rug hasn’t flattened out after a month. I’ve tried everything. The design is exactly as pictured. I did spill an entire glass of red wine on it and got it out with cold water. No trace of the wine left behind, so that’s a plus. For the main room in my house, it’s not ideal. I wish I would’ve spent more money on a better quality rug. These are the best pictures I have on my phone but you get the point. I got the 8x10 or whatever is closest. Size is good for our set up.

This rug is really gorgeous. It’s very light gray and ivorywhite in person which is exactly what I wanted. The gray photographs darker than it is in person, in my opinion. It is a little on the thin side so I think we’ll order a rug pad for it. It doesn’t take a while to lay flat, I have some boxes holding it down now. Also, giving it 4 stars because it arrived with black tar on the bottom. But Wayfair’s customer service was easy to deal with the issue.

Understated but luxurious ! Love it for our space

I ordered the 6’7” x 9’ for my family room. Overall the look is great, exactly like the photo. The light grey (with hints of blue in natural light) really compliments my neutral decor. As mentioned by others, the rug is quite thin and after 2 weeks it is not yet flat. I’m considering adding a pad to help if it doesn’t resolve itself in the next week. Other than that, it’s very easy to clean and doesn’t shed.

Such a beautiful, neutral rug. It makes a statement without fighting for attention. It does a great job of hiding stains, and it cleans up very well. It feels really soft under foot. We added a pad for extra comfort. The color matches the picture on Wayfair, but it is even prettier in person. I love it.
