I was very pleased with the quality of this rug when I received it, especially for the cost. Unfortunately there i no way to spot clean as the black dye bleeds terribly and spreads onto the white fibers leaving it totally discolored. One spill on this rug and it is completely ruined.

This rug is both beautiful and also feels like your walking on a cloud. Best rug I ever purchased!

This rug is in a low traffic area of my house. It sheds so much that I literally have to stop to cut the fibers out of the vacuum head multiple times during one vacuuming, and can only vacuum a couple times before it fills up the vacuum bag. Don't come at me with "all wool rugs shed" because this is absurdly next level. All my area rugs are wool and I've never experienced anything remotely close to this. After just a few weeks the rug looks like complete garbage because the fibers are shedding but with many still attached to the rug, so even after it's freshly vacuumed it looks like it's super not vacuumed. So disappointing.

We have had this run in place for the new year and it’s awesome. It doesn’t look soft, but it is! The colors are perfect. It’s better than we hoped for, even after having seen it in a store.

I was reluctant to buy this rug at first because I was buying it for my dining room and wasn’t sure if it would be too shaggy for a dining room. Anyways I’m so happy I went with my gut and got it because it looks awesome! It’s great quality and so comfy on the feet. It’s not too shaggy, so I think can work for dining spaces. If you’re not sure about it my advice to you would be to get it!

This rug is the most comfortable, softest rug we've ever owned. It's very thick and heavy and stays in place. However, it does shed an incredible amount (even several months after purchase), which can be expected of a wool rug. My only real disappointment was that the actual stitching is very loose and messy-looking with some stitches completely pulled out. The pictures make it look much neater than it is in person, so it might not look good in a room with a neater, cleaner look.

This is a beautiful rug the day you put it down. Unfortunately, over only 5 months it no longer has the crisp white loops on the black background. The white loops pull and shed where they are walked on. We are only 2 adults, have not used the beater on the vacuum, and it looks awful and already needs to be replaced. Maybe it would work in a guest bedroom where no one walks on it. We have purchased many items from this company and are usually very happy. This was an expensive disappointment.

Better than expected. Only one criticism. The pad suggested was twice as much one found on Amazon of equality.

This rug is so soft and has such good cushion on your feet. Compliments the lighter shades of wall perfectly. Expect minor shedding but cleans well with a robotic vaccum. We only planned on buying one 5x8 for our breakfast nook, but ordered another one for a different room since this was soo good.

I’ve had the rug for 3 months now and I’m really happy with the purchase! The rug complements our style and room perfectly. It’s very soft, and nicely padded. There is some light shedding, but that’s to be expected with wool rugs. It’s honestly mild and is easy to vaccuum or just pick up. The shedding is not nearly as bad as other rugs I’ve had.
