Terrible and expensive. The metal rings that hold the glass are soldered unevenly. This means no adjustments are possible to get this to hang correctly. It looks super tacky like you cannot install a fixture. This was professionally assembled and hung and this is as straight as it gets. You can tell by the chair rail how obviously crooked it is. The top ring is fine but is connected by metal bars to the bottom ring. This is the one that is wildly uneven. Buy something else from a store with a better return policy. 30 days is not long during a renovation project.

I looked and looked for a light to hang over the kitchen table and banquette. I needed to match the slightly industrial look and shape of the island lights and wanted a touch of elegance as well. This light fit the bill. It is substantial, but not overwhelming, and is dimmable, which is a needed feature over a dining table. The glass balls are solidly attached, making them very easy to clean. Very happy with this light.

Loooooove this chandelier! I had it put it over our freestanding tub in our newly built home. Must see the pics, what else can I say! Stunning.

I LOVE this chandelier. It actually looks better in person than the pics on the website. The website pics do it no justice! It was delivered on time and packed tight and secure. One of the crystal accents was broken, but thankfully an extra piece was included so everything worked out fine. I bought this for my new bachelor pad and was nervous that the chandelier would be too feminine, but it's not. There's something about it that has a masculine touch to it. So glad I went with this option!

Very nice chandelier. Took about an hour or so to install. Hardest part was getting the wire length right because the lower section can’t be fixed until the upper is installed. I suggest installing first before doing anything with the wiring. Measure everything and then take down and install with wiring. Packaging was excellent as to protect the crystals. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this is a budget very of some higher end lights. Great value and looks nice.

I thought I would love this more than I do. It's less of a crystal look and more of a teardrop look. Definitely beautiful and modern, but had I seen it in person I would have ordered something with more of the crystal/cut look than the smooth water drop look.

BEWARE! Their furniture is infested with wood destroying insects and they don’t stand by their items. I had a terrible experience with them and ended up having to take my furniture to be fumigated offsite for Powder Post Beetles (just as destructive as termites) they blamed it on the manufacturer and wanted me to sign a release holding them harmless if I found damage elsewhere. I have spent a fortune with this company and they don’t care about their clients. Buy your furniture elsewhere.
