Love the look of these shelves. Very sleek and modern and well suited for an apartment. Assembly was straightforward, but did take my husband 2+ hours. Does anyone know weight capacity??

I bought these bookcases several weeks ago. They seem sturdy, and are absolutely beautiful! I had a handyman put them together and also had him look at the reviews.He felt the issues that some have had with broken hardware relates to the fact that the person did not pre-drill, that’s why they broke.

This bookshelf is a perfect size and looks beautiful in any room. Leaving four stars as it was a little difficult to install it into the wall.

I needed a focal point for the entry to a primary bedroom - this bookcase is so perfect. It doesn’t clutter a small space but adds so much impact!!

I'm not one to take the time to write reviews, however I bought two brushed brass shelves months ago and I'm so thrilled with their elegant look and excellent quality. They are decorative, minimalistic and yet so functional. They take up little space and are so easy to install. No joke, but everyone who comes to my house not only comments about how beautiful they are but they ask me to send them a link to check them out on CB2 website.

Its just perfect size sleek and great quality i just love it! installation was not a big deal.. can hold alot of weight.

I bought 2 of these and they’re much more substantial and refined than the price would suggest. They’re the right height for my ceiling, and the black-with-glass look is perfect without being too flashy.

Such a seamless design that melts into your room and the gold touch helps frame my books and plants. Love this purchase!

I bought three of these brass finish shelves and installed them all next to each other along one wall. I LOVE the finished look and was impressed with their quality. The one downside is that these aren’t necessarily easy to assemble and install (each set has six connection points to the wall that need to be anchored into studs or use dry wall anchors) but the final look is worth it.

This piece is beautiful, but the hardware is terrible and for the price and “quality” CB2 promises I expected better. We ended up having to go buy our own hardware, and when we tried the one provided it completely damaged our very uniquely textured and printed wall. Very disappointed.

I love the shelf!! I feels sturdy against the wall...BUT that anchors that come with it are trash. One broke off in the wall. I would definitely recommend making a trip to Home Depot before trying to put it up.
