A Modern Rustic Entryway to Inspire Inner Peace

The entryway is often overlooked, but designing a space that feels and looks peaceful is paramount. We chose a grey bench, a coat rack, and a simple round mirror for this rustic and modern entryway. These small elements can create an impactful yet functional entrance. We added a small console table decorated with a lamp, books, candles, and vases to give that rustic appearance. Finally, we added a basket to store shoes, blankets, or whatever you might need by the front door because we want this to be a serene and organized space. Remember, the entryway sets the tone for the rest of your home; make sure to spend time thinking about what you add.

About this design

Do you want a rustic entryway design that screams for attention? This entryway is designed in a muted color palette. It features shades of grey to breakaway from the monotony of neutral. The rustic entryway is simple yet unique in its own little way. With a milky white door and a diamond ivory rug to mark the entrance, the grey bench makes sure you are comfortable while putting on a pair of shoes. Unlike any other console, this wooden metallic table is used to organise small items you want to display in the entryway. It is designed for functional and aesthetic purposes. The soft coloured wall is adorned with a graphic art painting and a circular wall mirror. This rustic entryway sets a tone for the rest of your home, therefore it is important to pay attention to the design, or leave it to our experts to help you.

Before you set your eyes on the beautiful rustic entryway, your feet will be drawn to a soft ivory diamond-patterned rug from Ruggable.
A grey bench from Amazon is placed just at the entrance giving you a warm welcome. The bench is perfectly presented with two pillows from Target and Ballard designs.
The black metal coat and hat hanger from Amazon, is placed beside the linear bench thus saving a lot of space.
A rustic entryway is incomplete without art. The walls are decked with a framed graphic art print from Wayfair. A modest round wall mirror from Amazon is also mounted on the wall just above the bench.
The small console table from Wayfair is cute and simple. It is decorated with a Psi table lamp from Wayfair, a Whitewash Wood vase from Pier1, a four-piece book set from Perigold and a ceramic vase from Target.
Finally, to complete that rustic modern look, a braided basket from CB2 in is added for extra storage.
