An Incredibly Dramatic Contemporary Bedroom

We started with a medium cool charcoal paint and warm wood geo patterned wallpaper for the accent wall, which immediately lends a polished, sophisticated feel to the bedroom. Sapphire and suede throw pillows complement the bed, nightstands, lamps, and duvet with ivory linen shams as color contrast. The rug underfoot is a muted taupe and gray pattern carrying the geo pattern from the wall to the floor. The seating area is two ivory upholstered medium wood chairs with a sleek round black iron coffee table in front of the fire, providing a warm, private space for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
